How do I register a trial?
Registering your MYOB trial is easy and it’s free. Simply click on “free trial” and follow the wizard. To register by phone, call MYOB on 0800 60 69 62. To receive support for the download, installation, upgrading and using the software as normal call our Support Team on 0508 328 283.
How do I get support?
Starting off with new software can be daunting, so as soon as you register your MYOB trial, we’ll give you 30 days of introductory Extended Support (available by phone, Live Chat or online) to help you get up and running.
Can I use my computer in the meantime?
Yes, you can use your computer during downloading. However, try and avoid performing tasks that use the internet while the upgrade is being downloaded as this may impact the download time.
How long will the download take?
As noted above, this download is intended only for high-speed connections. The download time will vary significantly, according to the speed of your connection. A reasonable estimate would be 5-10 minutes with a cable modem (1.5 Mb), 15-20 minutes with ADSL/DSL (512 Kb) or 60-90 minutes with ISDN (128 Kb).
